We are seeking a Structural Iron Worker to support the construction of commercial and residential buildings at local project sites. Working with a small ironworker crew, this role will perform structural steel erection, rigging, welding, equipment operation, and related assembly tasks while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time every day and contribute as a dependable team player.
• Erect
• Perform rigging operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout information.
• Willing and able to weld Stick and Inner shield wire. NR233/NR232/NR211.
• Operate Reach lifts and boom lifts.
• Follow fall protection requirements and maintain OSHA-compliant work practices.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in structural ironworking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
• Rigger or signalperson certification.
• Welding certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, structural steel erection, rigging, welding, and fall protection.
• Strong physical coordination and teamwork skills.
