What We Expect: - A valid electrician license with residential, commercial, and lead experience —you’ve been in charge, not just along for the ride.
- Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics .
- Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments.
- A clean, active driver’s license (no suspensions in the last 3 years – we’ll verify).
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons —when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay.
- Strong communication skills—respectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions.
- Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty. We thrive on accountability, respect, and problem-solving—negativity doesn’t fit here.
- Pride in your craft —this is A+ work and extreme customer service for our valued customers, and that’s how we like it.
