Job Summary
\n \nWe are looking for an experienced Packaging Engineer to support packaging equipment, line improvements, new equipment installations, and capacity expansion projects.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nSupport primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems.
\nWork with filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing equipment.
\nDevelop/review URS, equipment specifications, and technical bid evaluations.
\nCreate and update packaging line layouts using AutoCAD.
\nCoordinate with OEMs/vendors for equipment selection, installation, and startup.
\nSupport line balancing, changeovers, commissioning, validation, and qualification.
\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and manufacturing standards.
\n \nRequired Qualifications
\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Packaging, or Industrial Engineering.
\n7–10 years of Packaging Engineering experience.
\nExperience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Packaging Manufacturing.
\nStrong packaging machinery selection and integration experience.
\nProficiency in AutoCAD and packaging line layouts.
\nExperience with OEM/vendor coordination and equipment commissioning.
\nBrownfield project experience is a plus.
\nMust be willing to work onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
