  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience working as an Imaging Technologist / Cardiac Ultrasound Sonographer.
  • Management Style Fit: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and decisively under indirect management, exhibiting strong critical thinking, clinical autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Physical & Interpersonal Capabilities: Excellent patient communication skills; ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and moving equipment or assisting patients up to 50 lbs.

Benefits

  • A collaborative, independent clinical setting built for experienced technologists who thrive without micro-management.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options.
  • Retirement savings plan options, paid time off (PTO), and recognized company holidays.
  • Support for ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Compensation Note: The final compensation rate will be determined during the interview process based on individual candidate qualifications, clinical experience, education, and active credentials.
