Full-Time General Dentist – Lead General DentistFalcon, Colorado | 4 Days/Week | Full Benefits | Earning Potential Up to $300K
Lead Clinically. Practice with Autonomy. Make a Difference.We are seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Falcon, Colorado , a rapidly growing community just east of Colorado Springs.
This opportunity is open because our current dentist is relocating outside of Colorado, creating an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to step into a clinical leadership role while continuing to provide excellent patient care .
Our practice is established, busy, and supported by a strong PPO and FFS patient base. We are a dentist-led culture where clinical quality, patient experience, and employee engagement are at the center of how we operate.
The PracticeYou will have the clinical autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive care while working alongside an experienced and supportive dental team.
What You'll DoAs the lead clinician, you will:

Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week
Our schedule alternates weekly:
This provides a consistent four-day clinical schedule while maintaining coverage across the practice's Monday–Friday operating week.
