Molecule seeks an AI Scientist to lead the development of autonomous scientific agents in the biotech sector. Candidates should have a strong technical background in LLMs and a wet-science domain, with a passion for hands-on innovation. In this role, you will architect and deploy fleets of scientific agents focused on various aspects of biotech, including literature mining and molecular design. You will manage projects from conception through to tangible outcomes, such as candidate molecules and novel datasets. You will work closely with the CEO, reporting on the progress of multiple fleets targeting different disease areas.
